Our mission is to empower businesses to make data-driven decisions faster and more effortlessly than ever before. Therefore, we are building an advanced analytics platform using machine learning to reason why key performance indicators change.

Our company is built at Merantix, a Venture Studio focussing on artificial intelligence. This means that we are part of an ecosystem of top-tier engineers, scientists, and entrepreneurs from leading universities who will help us along the way.

Tasks

  • Support our small team by managing recruiting and hiring activities, including CV screening, coordinating and handling the communication with candidates.
  • Run initial Interviews with candidates.
  • Manage our employees’ entire life cycle – from onboarding to offboarding.
  • Organise team events and work closely together with our CEO.
  • Become involved in cultural initiatives and kick-off your own projects.

Requirements

  • You are enrolled as a student, ideally pursuing a degree with a focus in HR.
  • You have excellent English written and oral skills.
  • You are interested in people-related topics and would like to expand your experience in this area.
  • You have gained some experience in the HR field through previous internships or working student jobs.
  • You are open to become part of the team for at least 3 month from August on.
